The Cleveland Browns have cancelled a concert at their stadium by rockers Bon Jovi.

The show had been scheduled for July 14 at FirstEnergy Stadium. The NFL team did not provide any reason Monday for the concert, which was to kick off the Browns' 2013 season, being scrapped.

The Browns said ticket holders should return to their original point of purchase for refunds.

The event was to include a performance by local performers Michael Stanley and the Resonators and a pep rally for fans at the 70,000-seat stadium.

That's funny because the word on the radio here in Columbus was that Bon Jovi was the one who cancelled. They were throwing Cleveland a big pity party today, whining how they always get screwed.

Whew, that was close. Almost got worried I might've had to go to that. Bon Jovi is a douche and I hate his music, all of it.

Yeah I also heard he canceled, and it was pretty obvious because the team didn't comment, just referred reporters to his agent who did not return calls or messages. Maybe its a health problem?
