Mitchell Evans @MitchellAEvans Los Angeles Clippers Writer 142 to 94. Yes, you just read that right. The Clippers set a record for the Lakers worst loss in franchise history at 48 points. We all knew the Lakers were a mess, but this bad of a loss is something remarkable. Through the second and third quarter, the Clippers outscored the Lakers 80-33. Blake Griffin recorded 20 points, 11 rebounds, 7 assists, on 8/12 shooting in just 26 minutes. The only productive Laker was Pau Gasol with 21 points, 7 rebounds. The Clippers extend their win streak to 6. This Saturday, LAC starts a 3 game home-stand against Atlanta, Phoenix, and Golden State. The key wins the Clippers need are Atlanta and Golden State. Phoenix isn’t in a position to challenge for the 3 or 4 seed, but a win over Golden State would be critical to the Clippers playoff seeding as well as their confidence down the stretch as we hit towards the end of the regular season. Boy are the lakers in some trouble
I don't know what team is the bigger joke between the Lakers and Knicks. Kobe Bryant is signed with the Lakers for 2 more years? LOL!
.....for $48,500,000!! Well done, Mr. Buss. FYI, sir......contracts are meant to pay for future services, not ancient history.
