Curtis Painter will start at quarterback for the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday, when the Kansas City Chiefs visit Lucas Oil Stadium according to Phil Richards of the Indianapolis Star. "I probably didn't make myself clear earlier in the week," Colts coach Jim Caldwell said today. "I said this early in the week, that yeah, there's no question, he's our starter, and he's practiced well." Caldwell said Kerry Collins, who started the first three games at quarterback in place of Peyton Manning, had not been cleared as of late morning today. Collins is recovering from a concussion suffered against Pittsburgh. He didn't play during the Colts' loss at Tampa Bay on Monday. Source: The Red Zone
