Indianapolis Colts left tackle Anthony Castonzo exited the first quarter of Saturday's preseason game against the Cleveland Browns with a right knee sprain, the team announced. Third-year lineman Joe Reitz took over for Castonzo, who was examined by trainers on the sideline and ruled as doubtful to return. Castonzo, the team's first-round draft pick in 2011, has started 27 games at left tackle for the Colts over the past two seasons. No starting passer was hit more than Luck during his rookie campaign, so Castonzo's status will be monitored closely. Source: NFL.com
