Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay says continuity will help his winless team the most, not wholesale changes according to the Associated Press. In a wide-ranging interview Thursday, Irsay said he believe quarterback Peyton Manning will play at a high level for the next several years, that coach Jim Caldwell did a masterful coaching job the past two seasons and that eight straight losses do not erase the past decade of success. Irsay did not wish to talk about drafting Stanford quarterback Andrew Luck but said that the team would have to consider it if Peyton Manning's eventual successor was available. Source: The Redzone
