Colts owner Jim Irsay is in Phoenix for the NFL owners meetings, and he got the Twitter-following portion of his fan base worked up late Saturday, Mike Chappell of the Indianapolis Star reports. This much is clear, unless Irsay is just flat-out yanking everyone’s chain: a wide receiver is about to be added to the roster.
