Indianapolis Colts kicker Adam Vinatieri was sidelined last season due to ongoing knee problems that required arthroscopic surgery and prompted the team to sign veteran Matt Stover to fill in for him. Vinatieri, who also dealt with a hip issue, emphasized that he's back to his old self. “Everything’s healed up and looking good,†Vinatieri told Indianapolis reporters last week during an organized team activity. “The entire offseason, we’ve been working on strengthening everything back and making sure I’ll be ready for a long season.
