The Indianapolis Colts have released seventh-round rookie cornerback and kick returner Ray Fisher, according to a league source with knowledge of the situation. Fisher averaged 33.3 yards per kickoff return on four returns, including a long return of 58 yards. Earlier this summer, the Colts agreed to terms on a four-year, $1.83 million deal with Fisher. The former Indiana University standout is a converted wide receiver who ran the 40-yard dash unofficially in the low 4.3 range at his Pro Day workout. Source: National Football Post
