Adam Schefter of ESPN is reporting that the Indianapolis Colts will relinquish the rights to former East Providence High School standout Jamie Silva, who is a restricted free agent. Silva, who was a key contributor on special teams to the 2009 Colts team that advanced to the Super Bowl, missed all of last season after suffering a torn ACL early in the preseason.
