The Indianapolis Colts have waived cornerback Dante Hughes as part of their move to trim their roster to 53 by 6 p.m. Saturday. Hughes’ agent, Tony Fleming, confirmed the transaction. Hughes was a 2007 third-round draft pick whose career never took off. Source: Indianapolis Star
