Indianapolis Colts receiver LaVon Brazill has been suspended without pay for the first four games of the regular season for violating the NFL Policy and Program for Substances of Abuse, the Indianapolis Star reports. The suspension will cost Brazill $124,917.50. Brazill will be eligible to return to the Colts’ Sept. 30, following the team’s game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
