Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports with a sore ankle, the season officially a lost cause and only four games left, is it time for quarterback Sam Bradford to call it a season, get healthy and try it again in 2012? If he had his druthers, he'd avoid the injured reserve list, he said. "That hasn't entered my mind," Bradford said Thursday. "I really hope it doesn't come to that point. That'd be pretty disappointing for me. But if that's what our doctors feel is best for my long-term health, then it's an option that I would have to think about. But it's really something that ... I think Bradford's season was over in September. i mean, everyone talks about the sophomore slump, but i can't think of any qb that has taken this huge of a step backwards from his rookie season. he doesn't even look like the same guy.
