Spears is out 4-6 weaks Downside is that he is a anchor, and while Hatcher/Bowen are good backups, neither is that type of player Upside is we will get a chance to see if Hatcher or Bowen is worth retaining as a possible starter, and also young guys like JPB, Dixon and Lissemore will get more reps
