look at it this way Inc, it keeps him involved in the organization and that keeps his spirits up. Instead of cutting him off and leaving him feeling even more down, this will be positive for him. /my two cents
This is what he loves, I think as long as he wants to do it, I don't see why it can't work. It's his first year on the staff and we've heard good things about him prior to the injury so I'm still hoping he can make our special teams awesome.
