Orlando Scandrick will miss the remainder of organized team activities and mini-camp with a broken finger but hopes to be cleared by the start of training camp in late July according to David Moore of the Dallas Morning News. Scandrick underwent surgery to repair the index finger on his left hand Tuesday evening. The cornerback was told after the surgery that the damage was more severe than initially thought. Scandrick used the word shattered to describe the finger and said it will be three to four weeks before the pin that was inserted will be removed. "I don't see myself catching any balls until camp starts,'' said Scandrick, who kept a scheduled appearance at a basketball game to benefit Big Brothers and Big Sisters Wednesday night even though he was unable to play.
