Cowboys DT Josh Brent In Jail After Second Failed Drug Test While Awaiting Trial

    Josh Brent continues to find trouble.

    The Dallas Cowboys defensive tackle -- currently awaiting trial in connection with a Dec. 8 car crash that killed teammate Jerry Brown -- is back behind bars in a Dallas County jail after a second positive drug test for marijuana, according to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport. NBCDFW.com was the first to report it.

    Court documents state Brent was tested for marijuana on June 19. The positive report was confirmed one week later.
