Steve12 The night is dark and full of terrors

Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said he anticipated that second-year wide receiver Dez Bryant would play Sunday according to Rainer Sabin of the Dallas Morning News. Bryant, who has been hampered by a thigh contusion, was not participating at practice Thursday after missing Wednesday's session. He said he suffered the injury during a 12-yard punt return in the first quarter of the Cowboys' 27-24 loss to the New York Jets on Sunday. Asked if the team is taking precautionary measures with regards to Bryant's health, Jones replied, "Cautious is not so much the word for it. We think he can get ready and every day we buy giving him some time off on it I think we can."
