Cowboys Owner Jerry Jones Won't Raise The Scoreboard

If you thought Jerry Jones would react [to Titans rookie A.J. Trapasso bouncing a punted ball off of the "Jerrytron"] by raising the center-hung structure, well, you thought wrong. He wouldn't even entertain the possibility of cranking the electronic monstrosity that holds the 60-yard big screens up a few feet. "That's not the point," Jerry said. "How high is high if somebody just wants to sit there and kick straight up?" Jerry didn't come out and say that Trapasso was aiming for the scoreboard, but he certainly pointed in that direction. "If you look at how you punt the football, unless you're trying to hit the scoreboard, you punt the ball to get downfield. You certainly want to get some hangtime, but you punt the ball to get downfield, and you sure don't punt the ball down the middle. You punt it off to the side."

He shouldent move it because of the punters he should move it cause its annoying to look at while your trying to look at the game.

heck that, I'm not a Cowboy's fan but if there's no rule against the height above field then the scoreboard is a part of the ground rules and both teams are affected equally, leave it alone...good for you Jerruh!!

There is a rule and the TV's are 5 feet above it. I think it is funny all the people complaining about them. If it was there new stadium they would be saying they were the greatest thing ever. I wand to wait and hear from the people that have been to the game.

I think they should change the rules instead of getting a chance to kick again they should make the ball dead right where it lands after hitting the TVs. The punters and kickers that have hit it are trying to hit it I do not think they should be rewarded for doing so.
