    #1: Mo Claiborne, CB LSU

Obvious win, not only getting the best defensive player in the draft and a potential All Pro CB, but only giving up a #2 to move up from #14 to #6. Claiborne could have a huge impact on the pass rush because Ryan needs CB's that can play on an island in order to use his exotic blitz's

    #3- Tyrone Crawford, DE Boise

While Claiborne should help the pass rush by allowing them to blitz, Crawford should help the pass rush in 4 man rush mode. Kind of a tweener as a 5 Tech and Olb, so I dont know really where they plan on playing him, Im guessing 5 Tech. If he is a 5 Tech, should compete for a starting job as a rookie

#4 Kyle Wilber, Olb Wake Forest

Not a huge fan of this pick, but dont really hate it either. Sounds alot like Victor Butler. Pass rusher who doesnt play the run well and cant cover. Is a high motor guy, and has some of that dreaded upside, but I just dont know if he is going to be good enough to replace Spencer in 2013. And I really think we needed to find that in this draft

#4 Matt Johnson, Safety, Eastern Washington

Absolute WTF pick. Completely came out of no where. Some people are saying he wasnt on the map because he got hurt last year and played 1AA. Well then why burn a #4 on him then. Pure reach, and if another team really wants him, let them reach.......Anyways seems like an athletic SS type that plays the run very well

    #5 Danny Coale, WR, VT

Your quintessential slot guy. To me looks like a guy that can come in and be a 30-40 catch slot WR right away. But your probobly going to get that the rest of his career and will probobly only get about 300-400 yards out of it. However for a 5th, thats not bad prodution

    #6 James Hanna, TE, Oklahoma

Extremely athletic TE that was also good value (rated as a #4th some places). Dont know how much he can really be expected to contribute early however

    #7 Caleb McSurdy, ILB, Montana

Thumper type ILB who cant cover or play sideline to sideline. He may have been able to land a spot on the 53 if we were going to be a pure 3-4. But we will be running a hybrid, and he has no place behind a 4 man front. Unless he conquors the world of ST's, I dont think he makes the team

    My Grade: B

    - First two picks we got two players that should have an immediate impact, and one is a potential All Pro at a prime position.

    - Coverage and pass rush both got much needed boosts

    - We seemed to be going for "high motor" guys on defense

    - No offensive lineman or a safety that can compete to start bothers me

    - I think Coale is going to do some damage
