FoxSports.com's Jay Glazer is reporting that the Cowboys have placed four players on the trade block, including two former first-round draft picks in defensive end Marcus Spears and linebacker Bobby Carpenter. The other two players reportedly being shopped are wide receiver/punt returner Patrick Crayton and wide receiver/special teams ace Sam Hurd, a San Antonio Brackenridge graduate. If the Cowboys are willing to part ways with Crayton and Hurd, that must mean they want to give a bigger role next season to second-year player Kevin Ogletree, who showed flashes last season as an undrafted free agent. I kill all my neighbors and rape their corpse's if we trade Spear. I will present them with bouquets of exotic botanical delights if we trade Carpenter
