Travis Frederick is on track to be the starting center of the Dallas Cowboys in 2013. Frederick was the Cowboys’ first round pick. “I feel a lot more comfortable now than when I first came in,†Frederick said. “Right now the focus has changed a little bit from learning the big-picture things and the plays to really focusing on the little things and trying to get better at the technique. By getting better at the technique it makes everything a lot easier. It’s starting to slow down a little bit as far as running up to the ball and seeing things and trying to see the big picture.†I think Cowboys fans will fall in love with this pick. Frederick is a very humble individual that is a force on the field. Source: YardBarker
i dunno, a lot of stuff i'm reading from the dallas cowboys website writers themselves say he's kind of struggling a bit to handle even depth DTs. i'm kind of concerned. he still has training camp and everything but i am kind of worried about him having an impact this season.
I also heard that he was having trouble with the shotgun snap in the first week of OTAs. Apparently, they didn't run the shotgun at the U of Wisconsin.
He's got time to this down Dude is too smart not to make an inpact Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk 2
1. Looked in your crystal ball and determined that, have you?:icon_rolleyes: 2. Stated by a fan of the team who drafted Jim Druckenmiller, Keith DeLong, Reggie McGrew, Mike Rumph, Kwame Harris, Rashaun Woods, and Kentwan Ballmer. Do those names ring a bell, Walnuts?
No one knows how a player is going to develop once they get in the league until they suit up. I think your guy should be given at least a couple years before evaluating whether he was worth the slot he was picked at. As far as your part number 2, I'm a little salty you posted all those jerks on here lol. Especially Jim Screwenmiller. I wanted them to draft Jake the Snake so badly that year. I think he would've been great in SF.
What did the people I mentioned accomplish while they were with the Niners, Walnuts? They were all busts.
Yes you're correct I think it's too early to label him a bust or whatever Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk 2
You're calling me dumb, and yet you are calling a player a bust who hasn't yet played a down in the NFL?
