The Cowboys have filled their practice squad vacancy created by last week's departure of Chauncey Washington to the New York Jets by signing running back Herb Donaldson. Donaldson spent the year on New Orleans' practice squad before getting cut Nov. 20 and he worked out for the Cowboys last week and drew their interest as an undrafted free agent last April. Donaldson ran for 4,746 yards and 50 touchdowns in his career at Western Illinois, where he was teammates with third-round pick Jason Williams.

I've read a bit on him, he sounds alright too me. Not sure how long he's going to stick around here though.

I think it is a good signing, not much a chance to make the team unless he is moved to FB.
