With Jason Witten and Martellus Bennett watching Monday's practice, Scott Chandler was the only healthy tight end on the 53-man roster. Witten sprained the MCL in his right knee and did some light work on the side Monday. Bennett tweaked an ankle injury he suffered before training camp even started but said he will practice Wednesday. He sat out last Thursday's practice and spent the bye week getting treatment. Witten had his knee wrapped during the portion of practice open to the media but added a similar kind of brace to the outside of his knee that guard Kyle Kosier wears for protection. "If we were playing last week, I would have been able to go so I don't see it being a problem," said Witten, who has missed one game in his career. "We had a bye to get healthy and look back on the last three weeks, what we've done good, what we've done bad and try to make those corrections so we can play better moving forward."
