Dez Bryant's decision to remove his helmet on the field of play cost the Dallas Cowboys 15 yards on Sunday, but it won't cost the wide receiver a cent.

NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reported Friday that Bryant wasn't fined by the league for ripping off his headgear during an argument with an official during a 27-23 win over the Minnesota Vikings.

SteveRobWhatever's Take: I am a bit surprise that he wasn't fined but does anything make sense anymore when it comes to NFL fines? At this point playing football is like Russian roulette.

Has a player been fined in the past for removing his helmet?

Seeing it is a penalty with the way Dez took his helment, i'am very surprised by no fine for this.

It's not like he threw it. He just took it off. It's a penalty...it's not "fineable." lol...I mean really...
