Cowboys WR Roy Williams said Wednesday he plans to start in 2010 even with the addition of rookie WR Dez Bryant. "I don't see it as a competition thing," Williams said. "I see it as us getting better. I know in the back of my mind and the back of his mind he wants to play and the only way he's going to play is to get No. 11 off the field. It's going to be tough to do, but it's going to make us better as a football team." Williams said he's been working hard this offseason, including catching 40-50 passes a week in the throwing sessions with Tony Romo. Williams wants to improve from 2009 when he caught just 38 passes for 586 yards with seven touchdowns. "It's been pretty good," Williams said of his work with Romo. "Lot different than last year as far as completion percentage between me and Tony, so it's been good."
