The Los Angeles Clippers' roster keeps getting stronger. Sources close to the situation told ESPN.com on Saturday night that free-agent point guard Darren Collison has verbally agreed to join the Clippers on a two-year deal with a player option entering the final year. With no workable sign-and-trade available to the Clippers with his old team in Dallas, Collison opted to sign with L.A. for the remainder of its mid-level exception after the deal Matt Barnes secured with Los Angeles on Friday. The move brings the former UCLA star home and reunites Collison with Clippers star Chris Paul, under whose tutelage Collison had a strong rookie season in New Orleans in 2009-10. Source: ESPN.com
