Bo Sox have either heald the lead in the AL East or have been at least tied for the Wildcard since May 24th. WIth Last night's loss combined with the Rays victory over the Yanks, there is a two game sprint to the WC finish line.

Boston is 17-5 over their last 22 games.

what a comeback so far put on by the rays, 6 in the 8th and 1 in the ninth off a hr with 2 outs. WOW

now has man on 1st and 2nd with 1 out in the 11th. What a game.

Phillies win completing the braves collapse. Cardinals go from Phillies fans to Phillies haters as that will be the first round series.

 

rodriguez hits a hard shot but scooped up by third basemen and tagged third, pop out from jennings moves the rays/yankees game to the 12th.

Red Sox up one heading to bottom of the ninth for Orioles.

 

Papelbon gives up 2 two out doubles to give up the tying run in the bottom of the ninth.

 

All four teams fighting for the wildcard spots in each league will go to extra innings tonight if Boston can get the last out of the ninth.

 

No the Cards didn't. But The Sox lost. Wow.
