Adam Schefter says via Twitter - "Though Denver does not want to trade Brandon Marshall, it will take calls. Won't make them, but will take them. A 1 gets BM is my guess." It has been reported that Denver does not want to trade Marshall, but it seems that they at least have their ears open to offers. Source: Adam Schefter, Twitter
If this is true, I don't think there are many teams that wouldn't give up a #1 pick if that's all it will cost. That is if they can overlook the baggage he may bring (I can no problem :icon_cheesygrin:).
Yea. I would give Houston's number 1 to them in a second. We could build a WR combo to rival that of Arizona's. And that worked well for them last season.
I'd be all set...don't want him...giving up a 1st rounder for him and his baddage, plus you'd have to be willing to pay him huge money. Too much for a guy who is a headcase and can't stay out of trouble.
Not only is a team going to have to come to a contract agreement with him (and most likely cost them $10M in signing bonus) but his talent is out weighed by the baggage/risk and the injury. He's still not fully recovered from his hip injury. Last time I checked, hips were kind of important to wide receivers...maybe not...lol.
This guy ain't right.....physically or mentally. Could be a career-defining transaction for the GM that wants to put his nuts on the block for this guy. Where's Matt Millen when you need him?
