Tigers star Miguel Cabrera has another injury to deal with as he attempts to become the first to win baseball's Triple Crown in consecutive seasons. Cabrera might have aggravated a previous ailment Tuesday night against Minnesota, or he might have a new one. "You could see it in his facial expression," Tigers manager Jim Leyland said about 15 minutes after a 6-3 loss to the Twins, adding he didn't know what Cabrera's latest ailment was. Leyland said Cabrera was in pain after his first swing in the ninth inning. Cabrera struck out swinging with two on and two out. Source: ESPN
