The NFLPA might want to check in with the Pittsburgh Steelers this week after they finish investigating the way the Oakland Raiders handled QB Terrelle Pryor in the aftermath of his concussion Monday night. Steelers running back Isaac Redman says he suffered a concussion early in the team's Week 2 loss against the Cincinnati Bengals but was allowed to re-enter the game according to Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. According to Redman, he sustained the concussion on the opening kickoff of the game. . He went back to the locker room and the team announced he was "being evaluated for a concussion." Then he came back onto the field for the second quarter and touched the ball four times. How did he fool the medical staff? "I said I was all right," Redman answered. Surely with all the money NFL teams rake in each season they could spring for better training for their medics. Source:The Redzone
I think they mishandled it and I think they should be penalized. They should have to cut Redman and let that talent sign elsewhere...man will that hurt the roster... Screw Isaac Redman.
Why open you mouth now. Should have said something when asked not after the fact. He needs to be kicked square in the mouth.
