Tennessee Titans quarterback Jake Locker has already had his left shoulder put back in place twice in this young season. A shoulder dislocation specialist told The Tennesseean that "treatment of shoulder dislocations like those the Titans quarterback suffered" would eventually need surgery. The doctor in question has a past history with the NFL, having worked for the New York Giants and Miami Dolphins. He went on to say that this injury will occur again and again until "he ultimately gets it fixed." Locker has been ruled out for Week 5. Source: FFToolbox.com
