Omar Kelly reports that the Miami Dolphins and the Cleveland Browns are currently negotiating a contract with Packers QB Matt Flynn. Kelly expects both teams to submit official offers in the near future. According to Don Banks of SI.com, Packers QB Matt Flynn is looking at the Miami Dolphins and the Seattle Seahawks as the most likely landing spots at this point in time. “Seattle and Miami are going to be Matt Flynn‘s market, and whichever one doesn’t get him probably becomes Ryan Tannehill’s next team,â€￾ mentions Banks.

Thats my prediction, they'll value him at a higher dollar value than Cleveland in my opinion, but who knows. Depend mostly on how much they really hate Colt McCoy at this point, and their offer to Flynn should be an indication of the degree.

I think Cleveland should just stick with Colt and give him a year with some decent Wideouts and see how he does. Their WR corps had the most drops in the league last year and Colt was servicable with nothing.

I think Flynn goes to Miami Seattle gets Tannehill
