The Miami Dolphins received good news on Cameron Wake, but they'll still be without their star defensive end for the immediate future. The South Florida Sun Sentinel reported Monday that Wake suffered a sprained MCL in his left knee during the Miami Dolphins' 27-23 win over the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday.
