Benjamin Volin reports via Twitter that Miami Dolphins coach Tony Sparano indicated that quarterback Chad Pennington is healthy and will compete for the backup quarterback job. Early this week Sparano indicated Pennington would not be in the mix for the backup job. If Pennington starts over Chad Henne, the veteran gets a salary of $5.75 million.
