Reggie Bush revealed to the media on Wednesday that he was not at 100 percent. The Miami Dolphins running back is expected to be in uniform this week when his team hosts the St. Louis Rams. If Bush is at all slowed by a lingering knee injury it gives the Rams defense a break, but still something to be concerned with given their up and down play against the run.
