The Dolphins announced they’ve signed linebacker Austin Spitler, who they cut on Aug. 31. Spitler, drafted by the Dolphins in the seventh round in 2010, would presumably take one of the roster spots cleared Tuesday when the team released safety Kelcie McCray and fullback Tyler Clutts.
