The Dolphins announced Saturday morning that they have signed veteran free-agent OT Ray Willis. The team waived OT Micah Kia to make room for Willis on the training-camp roster. The 6-6, 304 pound Willis spent his first six NFL seasons with the Seahawks. He started all 16 games at right tackle in 2009 before suffering a knee injury that sidelined him for the entire 2010 season. He has played in 44 career games, with 26 starts. Source ProFootballWeekly
