Doug Williams has agreed to a one-year contract to remain with the Buccaneers as their pro personnel director. Williams had been considering a return to coaching and met with Southern University officials last Saturday in Louisiana, but the Bucs offered Williams the one-year extension to his contract, which was set to expire in February.
