Misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol level greater than 0.08 percent will be sought against Green Bay Packers tight end Spencer Havner, a California Highway Patrol official said this morning. Havner, 27, was driving a 2007 Kawasaki motorcycle on a private road in an unincorporated part of Nevada County near his hometown of Grass Valley, Calif., at about 2:45 a.m. Saturday, according to the CHP. He lost control and crashed, breaking his shoulder blade, receiving cuts to the back of his head and left arm, and multiple abrasions. Source: Green Bay Press-Gazette
