Kevin Kolb will start against the Cowboys Sunday, according to team sources. Publicly, the team wouldn't commit, but Kolb said he took the first team repetitions in the morning walk through. With only two days of practice before Sunday's game, that's a pretty good indication that Kolb will be starting in place of Michael Vick, who has a bruised quad and could probably use the rest. If Kolb goes down Vick will be in. But honestly, did anyone NOT see this coming? Even if the Eagles won Tuesday and Vick wasn't a little banged up i HIGHLY doubt Vick would have played.
Kafka should actually be the one starting here. I'm guessing Vick or Kolb is traded this offseason, would be a crapty thing if Kolb got hurt on a meaningless finale. That would also screw us over for a backup in the playoffs.
