Eagles QB Michael Vick is expected to miss Sunday's start vs. Tampa Bay due to his hamstring injury. Nick Foles time.

DawkinsINT's Take: Foles has played really well in Kelly's system so far. Can't wait to see what he does with a full week of practice as the starter.

Foles better use this time to showcase himself with Vick injured.

A real interesting thing to see will be how this will effect McCoy since there won't be the QB running threat to keep defenses more honest.

IMO, the presence of a better, more consistent passing attack (which I believe Foles will provide) will even things out.

That's my hope as well, but with the lack of a deep arm, teams will probably keep their defenses in more until Foles proves he can be effective downfield.

Chip Kelly just said in his press conference that Vick is day-to-day, not ruled out to start next week.

Chucked a 40 yard pass to Brent Celek on a dime. He won't be launching 60 yarders, but how many of those did Vick connect on anyways?

I'm excited for it. I hope Foles gets another game.

True. He put nice touch on a bunch of passes that made it easier to haul in than a Vick bullet.

Hey, bigsexyy81 , from the press conference today about McCoy going forward with Foles at the helm:

Reporter: Teams are going to defend you differently with Nick in as far as the running game. Can you counter with different things that we haven't seen yet?

    Chipper: No, we're done.

    :rollinglaugh: :rollinglaugh:

    I love Chip.
