The Eagles officially added nine undrafted rookies as free agents on Monday and released tight end Evan Moore. They will not, however, sign quarterback Tim Tebow, according to a league source. Tebow was released by the Jets on Monday.

The Eagles signed the following players: linebacker Jake Knott (Iowa State), running back Miguel Maysonet (Stony Brook), center Kyle Quinn (Arizona), defensive lineman Isaac Remington (Oregon), wide receiver Russell Shepard (LSU), defensive lineman Damion Square (Alabama), guard Matt Tobin (Iowa), running back Matthew Tucker (Texas Christian) and punter Brad Wing (LSU).

Signing Tebow made NO sense. However I find it goobered that no team is signing him. The Eagles have fantastic back ups so it didn't fit here but there are teams with TERRIBLE back ups. Tebow wins baby! If he wasn't plastered everywhere as a Christian he'd be on everyones pick up list. The media essentially ruined this dude's career.

That being said, I'm a bit disappointed that the Eagles didn't take a look at Jordan Kovacs from Michigan at safety. Dude has one of the highest motors I've ever witnessed on the field.
