The Eagles added depth at running back by signing Martell Mallett, the Most Outstanding Rookie in the Canadian Football League this past season. Mallett starred for the BC Lions, from whom he rushed for 1,280 yards and six touchdowns on 214 carries and had 43 receptions for 342 yards and two touchdowns. Yeah I know all about this guy. He pretty good with the BC Lions, he's got pretty good power and can catch in the flats. Doesn't have great speed but could have some success in the NFL. He spent just one year in the CFL where he got his shot replacing Stefan Logan.
