Eagles Starting FS?

Looks like its going to be macho harris or quintin demps. Who do you guys think has won the job and why?

I really like the way machoman has been playing but isnt he kind of small for a FS? Hes 5 11 187 do you think the eagles will get him to bulk up to atleast 200? I dont know any safties that are under 200lbs or close to it correct me if im wrong.

Demps i liked but he lost some respect when he whined last week about not being handed the job basicly. Hes had times where he looked decent but i think machoman has outplayed him in preseason.

Yea but i dont remember seeing much of him he must have not done so well. But i do remember a nice tackle by machoman.

 

He was in the game towards the end...it was odd to see him in there so late...

 

Macho Harris has won the job apparently. He was the starter at practice today instead of a healthy Demps.

 

Sounds good to me. Demps has done nothing on the field to prove to me he deserves the spot, while Macho has been playing his butt off.

 

Demps is such a letdown

How did Macho or Demps look today? Missed the game.

Demps was awful on special teams. Macho missed one tackle badly, but he didn't seem to give up any big plays his way that I noticed. Outside of the first drive by the Panthers, the defense was good.

 

Jordan was a beast, really the pressure was very consistent after the first drive, which should have ended early except for thomas grabbing delhomme's facemask
