Eagles To Workout WR Jordan Norwood

    Jordan Norwood tweeted today that he's off to Philadelphia. Norwood, released by Cleveland just before the start of the season, in indeed coming to Philadelphia, but only a workout in front of team officials tonight is guaranteed. The exact tweet from the former Penn State receiver: "To Philadelphia for me!!! Praising God for the opportunity. We shall see how it goes."

    Norwood was an good college player. I think he wound up third or fourth on PSU's all-time receiving list? Not a bad guy to bring in for a tryout...can't hurt.
