The Philadelphia Eagles have traded running back Felix Jones to the Pittsburgh Steelers for linebacker Adrian Robinson, according to a league source.

Jones, 26, has rushed for 2,728 career rushing yards and 11 touchdowns with 127 career receptions for 1,076 yards and three touchdowns.

    Jones played collegiately at Arkansas.

Last season for the Dallas Cowboys, Jones has rushed for 402 yards and three touchdowns and caught 25 passes for 262 yards and two touchdowns.

Robinson is a former Temple player who played in 12 games last season for the Steelers.

Not sure I like unloading Robinson although he may not have made the roster and he hasn't been as good this preseason as last years.

I do like Felix much better than Redman. Bye Bye Batch.

looked like a camp start last year but has been very meh this year....felix is a good fit for haley, i read that philly thought he may be done for and lost a lot of his explosion...maybe the ZBS will let him run more confidently

    DawkinsINT Tebow free since 9/5/2015.

I don't know much about Robinson, but Jones was probably going to be cut. He looks done. Having a 3-4 linebacker may help.

Robinson was a stand out last year in camp, played at temple so it makes sense.
