The Eagles worked out former Kansas City Chiefs WR Will Franklin, former Colts & Steelers DE Marcus Howard and former Browns LB Leon Williams this week. Franklin, who personnel evaluators say fits in as a slot receiver, was selected in the fourth round of the 2008 draft by the Chiefs.
