Eighth Circuit Court Won't Rule On Lockout Injunction Before Monday

Discussion in 'NFL General Discussion' started by BigBlueBruiser, May 13, 2011.

  1. ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter reports via twitter that the Eighth Circuit Court of St. Louis will not rule on the stay of the lockout injunction before Monday. Yes, there's an echo in here, and we're running out of ways to explain this situation. For anything to happen in the NFL, someone or something needs to get the ball rolling. The conservative Eighth Circuit Court, to this point, has shown no interest in taking the reigns of the league's labor battle.
