The numbers don’t look good when it comes to the Jaguars’ pass defense entering Sunday’s home finale against Tennessee.

    Interceptions: 10 (tied for 23rd).

    Yards per game: 249.9 (22nd).

Completions of more than 20 yards: 59 (Second-most).

The Jaguars’ calculated gamble last off-season was to blow up their secondary to get younger, faster and more physical across the board. It included an almost entirely new defensive back group.

The model, of course, for coach Gus Bradley is the secondary Seattle built when he was the Seahawks’ defensive coordinator.
