Ex-Cowboys QB Quincy Carter Arrested Again

Abilene Ruff Riders QB Quincy Carter was arrested last night on a warrant for violating his Dallas County probabtion. He immediately bonded out, apparently without the assistance of any local sports talk radio hosts this time. It's the second arrest of the year for the ex-Cowboy.
